The Skin Cancer Foundation Mobile Clinic will be in the Library Parking Lot! Together we can save lives. Skin cancer is the world’s most common cancer.
Volunteer dermatologists will conduct free, full body skin exams in the Skin Cancer Foundation RV. The 35-foot Destination Healthy Skin RV is equipped with two private exam rooms where doctors perform this service for the community.
The Skin Cancer Foundation Destination's Healthy Skin RV journey will cover about 10,000 miles, stopping in roughly 24 cities. McCracken County Public Library is proud to be part of this adventure. Since the program’s launch, volunteer dermatologists have educated over 100,000 people, performed over 29,000 free skin cancer screenings and identified over 12,000 potential skin cancers.
