Self Defense 101

Led by Jason Hawkins, owner and chief instructor of Three Rivers Self Defense & Wellness Academy.

Increase your awareness, not only in self-defense situations but useful information for your everyday life.

In this workshop, Hawkins will cover preemptive measures that can be taken to mitigate a possible physical confrontation as well as physical techniques that can be employed if you are attacked or grabbed.

Jason has over 30 years' experience in martial arts, and 25 years as a teacher. He is a Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt professor and senior associate instructor in Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Dan Inosanto. Three Rivers is an organization of professional martial artists who use the techniques and methods offered through practice of the arts to help people from all walks of life along the path of self-development.
