Fill out the form below to register for a Library Card.

You will need to come to the library to get your card.  Please bring proof of current address when you come in to sign and pick up your library card.

Accepted items are:
  • Valid driver's license or government issued i.d.
  • A check with your current address
  • A utility bill dated within the last month
  • Current property tax receipt
  • The library's official postcard. 
 Children/Minors under 18 may have a parent or guardian show one of these for proof of address.

*Applicants living in Illinois or other states, or Kentucky counties not specifically listed must pay a non-residence fee to obtain a McCracken County Library card.  The fee is $12.50 for 6 months ($25/yr).
